About Carbohydrates
You've probably heard that carbohydrates are perhaps the worst thing you can eat when trying to lose fat or transform your body, and for most people, that's 100% true.
Usually the people, who hope to an extreme weight loss, think that first of all, they must reduce
the amount of food they eat. This may seem a good option but not exactly the
best- Contrary to what most people believe, reducing food intake can be
dangerous to health (depending on reduced amounts of course). So how can we
